Had a great time during my holiday stay here. the place was clean and the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. the location was pretty convenient, even though the area seemed a bit dodgy. 🚌 Plus, it was really close to both the bus stop and taxis, which was handy.

I had a pleasant stay during my holidays. the room I received was quiet and perfect, featuring nice comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. the staff was friendly, and the location was fantastic. There was a casual restaurant nearby, and being just a 10-minute walk from the Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was definitely a bonus.

the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Even though we arrived early at 6am, they explained that check-in wasn't until 2pm. they were kind enough to give us the room information when we had breakfast at 8am. the hotel served its purpose and the room was reasonably clean and quiet. the location is also convenient, with a bus stop just 150m away and frequent buses that can take you to the center of Strasbourg in 15-20 minutes. the hotel is well isolated, so there is no noise in the rooms. the staff are all very helpful and responsive, and the price is unbeatable if you book in advance. the bed was comfortable with a good mattress and pillows, and the bathroom was a good size with a bath in every room. the TV had a good selection of high-quality channels, and there was a nice big parking lot behind the hotel. Cleanliness was maintained daily, and towels were changed every day.
